The self-sufficient kitchen - vision of the future or dream?
A household's food waste produces enough biogas to feed a private home's kitchen. So preparing food ourselves makes us healthy and independent.
For a period of 10 days guests could exchange the organic waste they had brought into dishes from the menu. According to the idea of self-sufficient cooking, those who did not collect paid for their meal!
